Feedback publication
Feedback begins as private and pending review. We publish a testimonial only when the client has provided publication permission and an administrator has approved it. A client’s name and organisation remain anonymous unless separate identity permission has been provided. Emails, administrative notes and private improvement suggestions are never displayed as testimonials.
Withdrawal
You may contact us to request correction, withdrawal or removal of previously approved feedback.
Data protection
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Retention periods and data-request procedures should be configured before production launch.
